Night Circus

AUGh The Night Circus is such a great book! The author's writing style suits this fantasy really well because it's so detailed that it feels real but also in a sense vague so that this feels mysterious but AWESOME. AND SEXY.

But.
SHE HAD HISTORICAL INACCURACY concerning the dresses. I was reading the book and the author always describes Celia's dress as like stapless (*edit) or something and i was like NO WOMEN SLEEVELESS DRESSES ONLY CAME OUT DURING THE 1930s OR SOMETHING AND THIS IS THE 1900s AUUGHH.
I think i was freaking out because everything else was so awesomely planned out BUT ONLY THIS. She was probably just trying to avoid bumping into the Great Depression or WWII or something like that. But then again, the dresses of that time would suit the circus thing very well. Cus i honestly can't imagine a lady with the late 19th century's clothing with poofy sleeves doing circus acts for some reason.. And that's why in this picture, celia's wearing a sleeveless dress. I don't know how much of marco is right, but eh I CARE ABOUT THE LADIES. And this isn't even really important but yE LEARN SOMETHING EVERY DAY. AND THIS IS IT.
